2013 TOURNAMENT UMPIRE REQUIREMENTS:

As you should have seen in HQ correspondence, in 2013 ALL UMPIRES that officiate a Babe Ruth Sanctioned Tournament (Area, District, State, Regional, and World Series) must be appropriately certified by the NUA. In addition, in the Southeast Region, these umpires must be appropriately certified by the NUA on or before May 15, 2013 in order to be eligible. On May 16 a report will be generated showing us the names of the SER certified umpires.
