1. Place the Host team in the predetermined bracket slot.
2. Place the names of the champion teams and any Invited teams in a hat.
3. Pull one team name for the open slot in the the upper part of the bracket; then pull one team name for the open slot in the lower part of the bracket.
4. Continue this pattern until all slots are full. When possible, place the team name for a team from the same State (or State Division) in the opposite side
of the bracket.
